About Danielle
Danielle Kauderer is a 44-year-old mother of three boys who has excelled as an entrepreneur and developed a diverse set of skills in operations, marketing, sales, and events through ventures across various industries. From 2008 to 2011, she worked at Extreme Rush Agency & Epoca Restaurant in New York City as an event production specialist. Here, Danielle was responsible for setting objectives and requirements for events such as meetings, conferences, and fundraisers. She also managed travel and financial arrangements for executives, coordinated services and accommodations, and created event decor and design. Danielle's expertise extends to scouting, negotiating, and securing venues, as well as assisting in creating promotional production packages for various global music and fashion conferences.
Between 2011 and 2012, Danielle worked as a freelancer for Talent Resources in New York City. In this role, she focused on brand development and raising awareness for the agency through events and marketing activities.
From 2012 to 2014, Danielle was the Director of Events for Gotham Beauty in New York City. Here, she was responsible for managing the entire event logistics life-cycle, including design/branding, equipment sourcing/rental/set-up, solicitation and invitation of prospective and existing clients, guest check-in, event staff planning & catering, and refreshment selection. Danielle scheduled and executed networking events to attract new talent and developed webinars to grow the product line pipeline and raise awareness of services offered. Additionally, she followed up with guests to seek feedback and managed social media outreach during events to foster an engaged audience.
In 2016, Danielle founded Queen Bee Consulting LLC, which specializes in custom embellishment of various products with her signature designs made using Swarovski crystals. The exclusive bespoke items in apparel, accessories, and unique art pieces are personally hand-crafted by Danielle, and the company also assists businesses with social media campaigns, marketing, and local events to promote their products and services.
More recently, in 2021, Danielle founded No Mess No Stress, a home organization business. Drawing on her extensive experience in event planning, marketing, and operations, Danielle works closely with clients to understand their needs and goals. Whether it's de-cluttering a single room or redesigning an entire home, Danielle takes a hands-on approach to every project, delivering practical solutions that exceed expectations.
